How you can update your profile on gkk22 depends on which piece of information you want to change.
General details (address, preferred language): Log in and click the profile icon at the top → "Account Settings" → "Edit Profile". Make your changes directly and save — they take effect immediately.
Changing your mobile number: This can't be done directly — for security reasons, it has to go through the support team. Reach out via Live Chat or email support@gkk22.xyz. You'll need to provide your old number, date of birth, and email address for identity verification. Once verified, your number is typically updated within 24 hours.
Changing Name or Date of Birth: Name and date of birth changes are restricted after registration, as this information is used for KYC verification. For genuine errors, corrections can be made by submitting valid ID to support.
Gkk22 is built with Bangladeshi users in mind, so Bangla is the default language. That said, you can switch the interface language if you prefer.
How to change the language:
- When logged out: look for the language selector icon at the bottom or top-right corner of the page.

Gkk22 offers two distinct options: temporarily suspending your account or permanently closing it.
Temporary Break (Time-Out): You can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, logging in or placing bets won't be possible. Go to "Account Settings" → "Responsible Gaming" → "Time-Out" to set it up — confirm with an OTP and it takes effect immediately.
Long-Term Break (Self-Exclusion): Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years are available. Use the "Self-Exclusion" option in the same settings menu. The account cannot be reopened before the period ends.
Permanent Closure (Account Deletion): To permanently delete your account, email support@gkk22.xyz. Your balance must be zero before deletion — any remaining funds will be returned to your registered mobile number. Once your identity is verified, the account will be deleted within 7 business days.

Gkk22's policy allows only one account per person — however, two different individuals using the same device can each maintain their own separate account, provided certain conditions are met.
Requirements:
- Each account must be registered under a unique individual with a separate email address and mobile number.
- If multiple accounts from the same device are involved, let support know in advance — it makes the verification process much smoother.
- Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses is a serious violation — if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
Strictly Prohibited: Running two accounts for yourself, opening an account under someone else's identity, or creating a second account to claim a bonus twice — any of these will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

Odds represent how much you'll get back if your bet wins. gkk22 primarily displays odds in decimal format — which is the easiest to understand.
Decimal Odds (e.g. 1.85, 2.50, 3.00):
- Formula: Total Return = Stake × Odds
- Example: ৳100 bet × 1.85 odds = ৳185 total return (i.e., ৳85 profit).
- Odds of 2.00 means your money doubles — a ৳100 bet returns ৳200.
- The higher the odds, the lower the probability of winning — but the greater the reward.
Fractional Odds (e.g. 2/1, 5/2):
- Left number = profit, right number = stake.
